HPF FOUNDER, CHRIS, SPENT NUMEROUS YEARS LEARNING AND COACHING VARIOUS TYPES OF FITNESS. CROSSFIT, HIIT, BODYBUILDING, POWERLIFTING, OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING, BOOTCAMP STYLE WORKOUTS... TO NAME A FEW.
IN HIS JOURNEYS, HE FELT THERE WAS ALWAYS SOMETHING MISSING WITH EACH PROGRAM. SOME WERE TOO CARDIO BASED WITHOUT EMPHASIS ON STRENGTH WHICH WOULD LEAD TO A SMALLER BUILD BUT VERY LITTLE MUSCLE OR STRENGTH. SOME WOULD HAVE PLENTY OF STRENGTH, BUT THE CLIENTS WOULD BARELY LAST 10 MINUTES WITH THEIR HEART RATE ELEVATED. SOME WORKOUTS WERE PLAIN OUT DANGEROUS OR UNPLANNED AND HAD CLIENTS DOING MOVEMENTS WITH LITTLE TO NO BENEFIT.
TO REMEDY THIS PROBLEM, HE SET OUT TO CREATE SOMETHING UNIQUE THAT WOULD CHALLENGE EACH OF THESE ISSUES . A PLAN THAT WOULD FOCUS ON LIFTING WEIGHT THAT WAS HEAVY... REAL HEAVY, WHILE BEING SAFE. A PLAN THAT WOULD CONDITION CLIENTS FROM A CARDIO STANDPOINT WITHOUT RISKING MUSCLE WASTING. A PLAN THAT WAS... WELL... A PLAN! EACH DAY... WEEK... MONTH NEEDED TO BE WELL THOUGHT OUT WITH A SPECIFIC OUTCOME AND GOAL IN MIND.
AT THE END OF THE DAY, CLIENTS COME TO HPF TO GET FIT, FEEL HEALTHY, AND LOOK GOOD DOING IT.
PWR IS THE CORE OF OUR FITNESS PLAN AND PRIORITIZES THESE RESULTS.
