HPF FOUNDER, CHRIS, SPENT NUMEROUS YEARS LEARNING AND COACHING VARIOUS TYPES OF FITNESS. CROSSFIT, HIIT, BODYBUILDING, POWERLIFTING, OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING, BOOTCAMP STYLE WORKOUTS... TO NAME A FEW.
IN HIS JOURNEYS, HE FELT THERE WAS ALWAYS SOMETHING MISSING WITH EACH PROGRAM. SOME WERE TOO CARDIO BASED WITHOUT EMPHASIS ON STRENGTH WHICH WOULD LEAD TO A SMALLER BUILD BUT VERY LITTLE MUSCLE OR STRENGTH. SOME WOULD HAVE PLENTY OF STRENGTH, BUT THE CLIENTS WOULD BARELY LAST 10 MINUTES WITH THEIR HEART RATE ELEVATED. SOME WORKOUTS WERE PLAIN OUT DANGEROUS OR UNPLANNED AND HAD CLIENTS DOING MOVEMENTS WITH LITTLE TO NO BENEFIT. 
TO REMEDY THIS PROBLEM, HE SET OUT TO CREATE SOMETHING UNIQUE THAT WOULD CHALLENGE EACH OF THESE ISSUES . A PLAN THAT WOULD FOCUS ON LIFTING WEIGHT THAT WAS HEAVY... REAL HEAVY, WHILE BEING SAFE. A PLAN THAT WOULD CONDITION CLIENTS FROM A CARDIO STANDPOINT WITHOUT RISKING MUSCLE WASTING. A PLAN THAT WAS... WELL... A PLAN! EACH DAY... WEEK... MONTH NEEDED TO BE WELL THOUGHT OUT WITH A SPECIFIC OUTCOME AND GOAL IN MIND. 
AT THE END OF THE DAY, CLIENTS COME TO HPF TO GET FIT, FEEL HEALTHY, AND LOOK GOOD DOING IT.

PWR IS THE CORE OF OUR FITNESS PLAN AND PRIORITIZES THESE RESULTS.

SWEAT DAY IS EVERY WEDNESDAY AND IT'S THE WORKOUT YOU'LL LOVE TO HATE. 

THIS 45 MINUTE SMALL GROUP CLASS IS PURPOSEFULLY 
CURATED TO KEEP OUR CLIENTS HEART RATE ELEVATED & BURNING CALORIES FOR THE DURATION OF THE SESSION WITH THE USE OF CARDIO MACHINES, BODYWEIGHT MOVEMENTS, & MODERATE TO LIGHT WEIGHTS. WHILE HIGH INTENSITY IS THE GOAL, HPF WILL PROGRAM SWEAT WORKOUTS WITHOUT EXCESSIVE JUMPING OR POUNDING ON THE JOINTS. 

THE NAME OF THE GAME IS CARDIO IN
SWEAT. YOU WILL NOT SEE ANY HEAVY WEIGHTS IN THIS CLASS... BUT YOU WILL SEE SWEAT!

A RECOVERY AND HEALING BASED SMALL GROUP CLASS DONE THE HORSEPOWER WAY

THIS IS THE HPF CLASS DESIGNED NOT  TO KICK YOUR ASS. ENERGY IS A SMALL GROUP CLASS THAT ENCOMPASSES ELEMENTS OF YOGA, FOAM ROLLING, AND THERAPY BALLS. THE FOCUS HERE IS TO PROVIDE FASCIA RELEASE AND STRETCH TO HAVE YOUR BODY FEELING REFRESHED AND RECOVERED AFTER A HARD WEEK OF TRAINING.
