What is a InBody Scan?
An InBody scan is a super quick, non-invasive way to get a full breakdown of what’s going on inside your body—beyond just the number on the scale. You stand on the device, hold the handles for about 30 seconds, and boom: you get a detailed report of things like body fat, muscle mass, water levels, and even how balanced your muscle is from left to right.
