Join us for a LIFT session. A dynamic strength training class designed to help you build muscle and boost your overall fitness. In this session, we’ll focus on a balanced mix of isolation and compound movements, targeting all major muscle groups to maximize strength gains and enhance overall physique.

What can you expect? Isolation Exercises that hone in on specific muscle groups to improve definition and strength. Compound Movements that engage multiple muscle groups at once for a more efficient workout that enhances functional strength.
