SPARK IS OUR SMALL GROUP CLASS FOR BOTH YOUNG ATHLETES AND GENERAL YOUTH FITNESS.
FEATURING STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING WORKOUTS FOR CLIENTS AGES 11-18 OF ALL FITNESS LEVELS
A CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER WILL COACH YOU THROUGH THESE 45 MINUTE SESSIONS THAT HAVE UP TO 10 PARTICIPANTS PER CLASS IN A SAFE NON-INTIMIDATING ENVIRONMENT.
IN SPARK, EVERYONE IS WELCOME WHO IS LOOKING TO INCREASE FITNESS. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF GETTING BETTER AT YOUR SPORT OR GETTING OFF THE COUCH IS YOUR GOAL, YOU ARE WELCOME HERE. OUR COACH WILL PUSH EACH TEEN BASED OFF OF THEIR CURRENT FITNESS LEVEL.
