Entering the fitness industry as a personal trainer in 2014, Chris has been learning, practicing, and fine tuning his approach to fitness to give his clients, members, and coaches the most dynamic fitness solutions possible. Through the years bofore opening HPF, Chris coached at large volume gyms, small fitness studios, and CrossFit boxes. He's completed an Ironman, participated in multiple CrossFit competitons including Wodapalooza & Granite Games, ran in 10+ full marathons, and competed in multiple OCR's including Spartan Race & Tough Mudder. He believes it is important to walk the talk as a fitness professional and learn by getting in the trenches. Being able to speak from first hand experience is essential!
When not in the gym, Chris loves adventuring with his wife Alexa. "Our idea of a perfect day is a visit to a bougie coffee shop, go on a hike that takes almost all day, have an instagram worthy dinner, and then in bed by 10pm." He also has 2 dogs, Copper & Rosie, that require lots of pets. He loves to dabble in all things creative such as photography, design, & apparel. Last but not least, quality time with family and friends (who are also family in his book) is a must.
