Holly Halford

HPF Coach & Nutrition Coach

From the dance studio to the gym, movement has always been part of Holly’s story. Through her childhood and into college, Holly’s fitness journey revolved around dance. As she went on to study Secondary English Education at UGA (yes, she can still help you unpack Shakespeare), her interest in nutrition and wellness grew — not as a career at first, but simply as a way to feel better and share healthy habits with the people around her.

She joined a CrossFit gym after college, where she quickly saw how dialing in her nutrition made her stronger in workouts. She thrived on the competitive, high-energy environment, and even volunteered as CrossFit judge to stay close to the action during the Open. While teaching full-time and earning her master’s degree, she didn’t have time to coach classes — she did find a love for Olympic lifting and enjoyed the challenge of pushing herself on the platform.

After taking time off of structured fitness during pregnancy and early motherhood, Holly and her husband, Eric (also a Horsepower member), discovered Horsepower just before they opened their doors in Crabapple in 2023. From day one, she knew it was different — not just a gym, but a community that truly builds people up and helps them become the best version of themselves. She believes in Horsepower’s mission because she’s experienced it firsthand, and she’s passionate about helping others train to be their best and fuel their lives with confidence.

Outside the gym, you’ll find her reading, crafting, baking, or with her two energetic boys — whether that’s hunting for Bigfoot, heading to Monster Jam, or cheering at the rodeo. Life is busy, fun, and full of movement — just the way she likes it.
