Jessica Herndon



B.S. Exercise Science, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CPR & AED, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, L1 Precision Nutrition

Jessica has been in fitness for most of her life. She was a competitive gymnast for 10 years, played soccer until college and became a coach for both. During college she became an avid runner until falling in love with strength training where she earned her degree in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University.

 She also has experience working in physical therapy as a tech where she learned many different training techniques and rehabilitation exercises. She also trained at Coca-Cola and Chick-Fil-a corporate gyms as an exercise specialist. Most of her personal training career took place in boutique and big box gyms for about 10 years until joining Horsepower. 

Jessica’s main focus now is living an overall balanced and healthy lifestyle, and helping her clients do the same. She enjoys hanging out with her dogs, boyfriend, and being outdoors!
