Rachel has worked as a nutrition coach, personal trainer, and small group fitness coach since 2014 and has helped 100's of clients achieve improvement in health, weight loss, physique, and performance goals.  She has competed in CrossFit competitions such as Wodapalooza and is a former long-distance runner.


Rachel was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2021 and attributes a lot of her success in kicking cancers ass to fitness and nutrition. "I want to empower others to take control of their health and I believe this is the way... Nutrition and Fitness."
