Let’s talk about Liz.

When she first joined Horsepower back in February, her goal was simple: feel better. Fast-forward to now, and Liz isn’t just feeling better—she’s squatting more than her own body weight, powering through Sweat classes like a pro, and lifting backpack blowers overhead like it’s no big deal (because for her, it’s really not). Liz has also gained an impressive 6lbs of muscle and lost 4% body fat… and were just warming up!


At 48, Liz is proof that strength has no age limit. She crushes workouts 5 days a week, fuels her strength gains with her fav protein oats, and still finds time to hike with her dogs and tend her giant vegetable garden. (You try keeping up with Liz on a rest day. We dare you.)


Her secret? Set goals. Track your progress. And don’t underestimate the power of a good 80s rock mix.


Liz says she hasn’t felt this good in 20 years—and honestly, it shows. She’s stronger, more confident, and absolutely glowing with energy. She’s the kind of member who lifts the room just by walking in (and then lifts a barbell heavier than you thought possible).
