🔥 6-Day-a-Week Workhorse


Let’s talk about Tanya.Tanya joined Horsepower in early 2021 looking for something she’d struggled to find in the past: consistency and accountability. She was tired of feeling unmotivated and not like herself—and knew she needed a program (and people) that would hold her to a higher standard.


Fast forward to now, and Tanya has completely rewritten her story. She’s completed of 500 classes, she’s lost 35 pounds of body fat, gained muscle, and even completed a solo HYROX—a testament to both her physical grit and mental toughness. She trains six days a week and isn’t afraid of a SWEAT day that leaves her absolutely destroyed.


But the biggest transformation hasn’t just been physical.

“Horsepower changed my life in pretty much every way,” Tanya says. “It gave me confidence I was sorely lacking—and I found a community and friendships that have impacted me greatly.”


You’ll usually find Tanya training with the Forsyth crew and chasing progress on lifts… even back squats and deadlifts. She has found success in fueling with a high-protein diet and cooling down with long walks for active recovery. And yes—her post-workout go-to is a blue raspberry FitAid 💙


Tanya’s favorite part of Horsepower?“The community and the people. I feel happy every time I walk through those doors.”

Her advice to anyone just getting started?“Just start. Go even when you don’t feel like it—eventually it becomes a habit.”
