Let’s talk about Trisha. Trisha took on Refuel’s 5 Week Reset and absolutely ran with it. With the help of our nutrition team and her consistency in class at HPF, she put together some seriously impressive results.


By following nutrition guidance and continuing to show up, Trisha was able to lose 6.2 lbs of body fat while gaining 3.1 lbs of muscle. Real discipline. Real commitment. Real results.
